Safety is our #1 priority for our community. If you have any serious or underlying health conditions, please let your trainer know so we can ensure your safety while you train with us. Always workout at a pace that you are comfortable with!

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING CLASS

  • Please always check in with the front desk upon arrival

  • New Clients - Must sign gym liability and COVID waiver

  • 12 hour cancellation policy to cancel any class you have booked.

  • 7 minute late policy - We may turn you away due to class size

  • Wait list clients are not guaranteed a spot due to large class attendance numbers

  • Classpass Users - Please check classpass.com for info on our policy

  • IMPORTANT - We cannot cancel or switch you to a different class

  • You must show up to the correct scheduled time for class

  • Bring your own water & towel

  • We provide sanitizing products to wipe down equipment

  • Masks are optional

  • Tidy up your space around you after exercise (picking up weights)

  • It’s cool to be kind to fellow clients and team members

  • RESPECT the gym - don’t throw around or slam equipment

  • RESPECT boundaries of others in the gym room, we are all friends
